NewsSacred Circle Community UpdatesWe are happy to share news from our community. Our gatherings bring together Deaf Indigenous peoples from many tribes and nations. Each year we learn from each other and grow stronger together. The Sacred Circle family continues to expand. We welcome new members and celebrate our shared heritage. Our elders guide us with wisdom and our young people bring fresh energy to our work. Recent GatheringsOur 2013 gathering in Colorado Springs was a wonderful time of connection and learning. We held workshops, shared meals, and participated in cultural activities. The 2014 gathering in Smoky Mountain, North Carolina, was equally special. We look forward to our future gatherings. We are always planning new events and programs. Our spiritual retreats offer time for reflection and healing. Our workshops teach traditional skills and modern advocacy. We believe in balancing old ways with new tools. Community StoriesWe have many stories to tell. Some are about our elders who have passed on.
